Let’s get to know your client
Complete the referral form and our intake specialists will get started right away. Services typically begin two weeks from the date we receive your client’s information.
Soon your client will receive an Optage Meals new start packet in the mail including the following information:
- Notice of services starting soon
- How to choose from all Optage Meals services and benefits
- What to expect next
Then, at least three days before their first delivery, your client will receive a phone call from an Optage Meals intake specialist. In addition to reviewing the new start packet and answering questions, they will also:
- Communicate the day of delivery
- Guide ordering meals for the first two weeks
- Develop a delivery plan to meet the client’s needs
